Vegetable and Paneer Bombs is a fun an easy recipe that will lighten up your day. My son gets tired of getting same things in his lunch box and hence these bombs got invented. I made them in the morning and it took me just took me 20 minutes to make them. The combination of the two comes together so well, paneer keeps the softness from inside and veggies help to keep the crisp from outside. You cannot just only eat one. You can serve this for game day snack, school lunch, appetizer for a meal or an evening snack, I promise you will love it.
