Saragva nu Shak / Drumstick Curry

0 Boil 3 cups of water
1 Add the the drumsticks in the water along with salt  and let it cook till it softens
2 Meanwhile in a bowl whisk together chickpea flour, yogurt, 1 and 1/2 cup of water, green chili paste and turmeric powder
3 Drain the water from the drumsticks
4 Heat oil in a pan on  medium heat
5 Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, asafetida powder and let it sizzle
6 Once it sizzles, add the yogurt chick pea flour mixture, salt and lower the heat
7 Using a spatula or spoon keep on mixing till it thickens
8 Squeeze fresh lime juice
9 In 10 minutes it will thicken, add the drumsticks and mix it well. Turn the heat off.
10 Sprinkle chopped cilantro
11 Serve it along with hot chapatis or rice
