Jalapeño and Sweet pepper Toastie. I keep on bringing the mini sweet peppers from the grocery store and experiment it. When I added them to a sandwich they tasted so delicious. The kick from jalapeños, the sweetness from the peppers and the cheese is what makes it taste so hearty. The hot sandwich can be paired with soup for meals and coffee or tea for snack time. It comes together in less than 5 minutes and hits the spot. Don’t forget to share a picture with me when you do make it
