When we visited our cousins in UK almost 10 years ago, we were introduced to Croissant Sandwich for the first time by them. Its a very simple sandwich but tastes absolutely amazing. I made some changes in the original sandwich but since then we are hooked to this sandwich especially for breakfast. It has become a tradition to make these sandwiches during holidays. We always have people staying over so we make a full batch during the holidays and they are gone in no time. We bring fresh croissants from a bakery, layer with cheeses, tomatoes, onions and peppers and let it toast in the oven. The flaky and crusty croissant tastes so delicious with cheese and veggies. Dip this sandwich in the peri peri sauce and I promise you will love this sandwich forever. You can skip the onions to make this sandwich jain. Please tag me if you do make this sandwich, I love to see your pictures and messages when you make my recipe.
